I think that this would be a good advertising tool for some companies. Just let the customer know you feel their pain. Car dealerships could send cards that say things like Page 1 "So sorry for your current situation" Page 2 We know it's hard driving around in a clunker so why don't you come by and see us for a new ride".The possibilities are endless. Tasteless maybe but endless.
