    One of my biggest bell ringers here in Summer at the moment is motorbike & motor scooter riders riding in just shorts & T-Shirts because it's hot. I ride in full protective gear all year round & am a stickler for safety on 2 wheels so it really irks me to see people taking stupid risks with their personal safety. That's what rings my bell. Oh & when people throw cigarette butts out the car window that start forest fires which endangers peoples lives & property as well as the lives of many animals too. OK I'm all rang out now...
