Hi, I'm Bo Lumpkin and I've been thinkin'.
This year has been filled with ups and downs I reckon but the upside is we are still here to look back on it. Personally I think it has been a great year. It was a little over a year ago that I began to interact with other people on the internet, especially in the web comic community and It has been fantastic to get to know so many great people.
Next year looks promising. I have some things on hold, some things in the works, and some things I just might forget all together. I am going to try this year just to have a lot of fun with the comics, blogs, and movies. I am too old to try to get rich and famous anyway and I'm not sure if I could handle it well.
I am going to work on improving my artwork, making videos, and developing new characters and situations. I reckon what I've been thinkin' is that my life is so good I feel sorry for anybody that ain't me.

I've been thinking pretty much the same thing: I want to be Bo Lumpkin!
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure what I would do with a lot of money, either (well, pay off bills...I have enough of those to take care of any excess money problems). But it has been a fun year interacting with other people.
There's this guy named Bo, for instance, showing us how to have fun while doing things we like to do. Happy New Year!
Me too Bo. I tried various money earning advertising things on my blog such as Google Adsense & other such programs. Wasn't worth me giving them virtually free advertising as the few measly CENTS they pay wasn't worth it. I have grown to love doing cartoons & will continue to try & improve in both my artwork & especially cartoon storyline content. You were one of the cartoonists who motivated me to give it a try. Thank you Bo for the encouragement. Looking forward to what you have in store for us this year
